During a site visit, we see the workplaces, daily routines, and general conditions. This helps us to conduct a more suitable and realistic search.

We will only create recordings in approved areas and exclusively for the agreed purpose if you explicitly allow it.

Upon request, we will come to you with selected candidates, support the introductions, and help with communication.

What are the costs for the placement?
We will agree on the remuneration and conditions individually with you before you conclude a binding placement agreement.
How quickly can we find employees?
That depends on the position, the requirements, and the availability of suitable candidates. In our initial consultation, we'll discuss your timeline and the next steps.
Do you offer support with language and accommodation?
Upon request, we can assist with German-Polish communication and finding accommodation. Accommodation offers are subject to current availability.
How do I get contact details for a profile?
Request the profile using its profile number. We will clarify your needs and the placement conditions. We will then forward personal documents selectively and with the applicant's consent.
